Dallas Mindfulness represents a cooperative, holistic effort by its two co-founders:

  • James Robbins, M.A., is a published author of books which address spiritual and metaphysical matters.  In addition to teaching locally, he travels nationwide, lecturing and offering workshops on a variety of spiritual paths and practices.  Based on a Seattle Unity Church presentation, James was recently chosen, by Tony Robbins, world-renowned peak-performance coach, to lecture an elite, international group of his Platinum Partnership clients.

  • Heather Robbins, Ph.D., is a fully licensed clinical psychologist.  Alongside her work with DM, Dr. Robbins operates a private psychotherapy practice, treating individuals, couples, families and groups.

At present, James and Heather Robbins are completing a co-authored work, The Tao of Love: A Husband and Wife Dialog on Spiritual Relationships in a Chaotic World.
